Refund policy

At our store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include proof of purchase or order confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products or items marked as final sale.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at phxgrpllc@gmail.com with a photo and description. We’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund.
